Program description
The Mark Men's Health sends text messages to patients and prospective patients who have given express written consent. Messages relate to appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, lab results notifications, treatment follow-up, and clinic updates.
How to opt in
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form at themarkmenshealth.com, or by signing the SMS consent section of our written intake form at one of our clinics.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your care and your interaction with our clinic.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. The Mark Men's Health does not charge for text messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or call (909) 590-3990.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to receive treatment or purchase any service from The Mark Men's Health.
